Life and Death

Is there a good time to say goodbye?
Can you choose whether to smile or cry?
Although we know that we all must go,
There's no preparation, to let us know.

The warning signs are sometimes so clear,
The bible tells us of life and death,
We still take so many things for granted,
Knowing we all must take a final rest.

So as you let this ponder in your mind,
That from dust we must return,
Make preparations to save your soul,
Or else, in hell you will surely burn.

Grieve if you must, shed some tears,
Of the love ones who slipped away,
But keep love and peace like Jesus did,
Then you shall live again One Day!!
