you were suddenly taken from us
we asked the reason why
in tears, and brokenhearted
we had to say goodbye
no answer can be given
to ease our broken heart
we will never forget the day
we sadly had to part

for now we must go on
but life is not the same
so in our hearts we will keep you
until we met again
